This complex new system, which runs on an internal server, is an authorisation system that sends emails to the relevant worldwide users asking them to review a request and accept or reject it. It contains a suite of reports and has different security levels.

Simplify I.T. has just completed an internal SQL Server and PHP driven product development system for a multinational company, to replace a Microsoft Access database which was a decade old. This complex new system, which runs on an internal server, facilitates the structured collection of product data from 30 users worldwide and combines it into one fixed format. This data is then entered onto the company’s ERP system. It contains a suite of reports, is multi-lingual, multi-timezone and has different security levels.
Lotus Chiropractic in New Zealand needed a web-based system that would allow them to manage all their patients, their visits and their payments. The system needed to be managed by back office staff in Ireland and practice staff in various locations in New Zealand.
This project involved building a bespoke PHP system that could be accessed in the back office or by iPhone on the road. Its implementation resulted in huge time savings. The system itself allows new job sheets to be created by the electrician as soon as he finishes a callout. This appears in real-time in the back office allowing the owner to convert it to a PDF invoice and email it. It also provides job and invoice tracking and integrates into the existing and longstanding accounting software package (Big Red Book).
This project involved blending Marley’s renowned creativity into a WordPress-driven store. Marley needed a website that showcased her finest works and allowed them to be purchased online.
This project involved building Simplify I.T.’s first customer relationship management system (CRM) that allowed the Orafol staff, based throughout Europe, to input, manage and report on all their leads and customers (in real time) via a user-friendly CRM that we custom-designed. It also contains Microsoft Outlook calendar integration, allows newsletters to be built and analysed with open/click-through statistics and can be accessed on-the-road using a Smartphone.
The My Waterford Magazine project involved building a content management system (CMS) that allowed Marcella and Lynda to update all the content via a user-friendly Simplify I.T. custom-designed control panel. It also contains timer-driven rotating top and side banners.
